Galbut Beabeau, P.C. is proud to announce our newest addition to the firm, Grant H. Frazier. He provides business litigation, business transactions, and outside general counsel services. Grant was a Summer Associate with the firm in 2018, and graduated from ASU’s Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2019, where he was a top student leader; secured prestigious fellowships and research grants; won several law school-wide awards; and led the endowment of ASU’s first student-endowed scholarship.
He further honed his outstanding writing and editing skills while serving as Editor-in-Chief of Jurimetrics Journal—the American Bar Association’s official science and technology journal; Visiting Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy; and as founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal for Law, Policy & Military Affairs. His scholarly works, which address a range of novel legal and ethical approaches to policy issues, are published by journals at Harvard, Georgetown, Arizona State University, and UC Hastings law schools, as well as by Dartmouth and Pomona Colleges.
Grant gained a wealth of practical experience during law school by externing with the Hon. Bridget E. Bade of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; Hon. David A. Thompson of the California Court of Appeal; the Arizona Attorney General’s Civil Litigation Division; and the Arizona House of Representatives.
Grant’s proclivity for serving in leadership positions extends into the non-profit space, as he currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Center for Law & Military Policy—a California-based think tank focusing on veterans-related legal and policy issues, and as Chairman of the Claremont Colleges Rugby Board of Directors, among other involvements.
We are excited to have Grant as part of the team!
