Andrew A. Ellingsen’s practice focuses on business litigation and transactions. He routinely assists individuals and companies with disputes involving real estate, construction, employment, and intellectual property. Andrew also works with clients on an array of transactional matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, commercial leasing, and real estate purchase and sale agreements.

Andrew earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. As a student, Andrew served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business with concentrated studies in business entrepreneurship and construction management. An Arizona native, Andrew is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking and spending time with family in his free time.
