About
Charles J. Morrow’s practice focuses on corporate and real estate matters. Charles advises entrepreneurs and businesses in all phases of the business lifecycle, from planning and development through sale and exit. Charles’ expertise extends to matters of corporate governance, entity selection, employment, licensing, loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, construction, and succession planning. As a leader of the firm’s real estate practice, Charles routinely guides buyers and sellers through the documentation and closing of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Having served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and General Counsel for a successful brewery and restaurant with over 150 employees, Charles has extensive practical experience with operations, personnel, financial reporting and planning, and real estate development.
Raised in Phoenix, Charles received his A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. In his free time, Mr. Morrow enjoys international travel and is an avid soccer player. Mr. Morrow was a member of Harvard University’s Men’s Soccer team from 1999 to 2003.
