Mid-Level Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join our Business Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of commercial litigation experience (including significant motion and trial experience) across a diverse array of practice areas (e.g., finance, securities, intellectual property, real estate, construction, employment). Applicants must possess superior written and oral advocacy skills, demonstrated leadership, a strong academic pedigree, and commitment to exceptional client service. Experience working with closely held businesses and strong ties to the Valley are preferred. Candidates must be active members of, and in good standing with, the State Bar of Arizona.

Summer Associate

We welcome accomplished second-year law students to apply for a summer associate position in our Scottsdale, Arizona office. Our summer program is designed to provide a stimulating and diverse educational experience for exceptional law students. Summer associates work on substantive projects for real clients. They meet with clients, attend strategy sessions, draft briefs, and help prepare for trials. We encourage daily interaction with attorneys at all levels of the firm with status meetings, lunches, impromptu social gatherings, and organized activities.

The workload in our summer associate program is demanding, but our summer associates enjoy the fast pace and quality of the projects available to them. 

Candidates will have demonstrated strong academic and leadership abilities and a proficiency in balancing the demands of law school with participation in extracurricular activities. Applicants with an entrepreneurial spirit and ties or a demonstrated commitment to Arizona are preferred. Legal Extern

Our firm seeks one second or third-year law student for a legal extern position. Our externship program parallels our summer associate program in several respects, and we seek candidates with the same qualities and career aspirations.
