Michael F. Ruppert is an accomplished litigator skilled in representing clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration matters before the AAA and FINRA.

Michael regularly advises individuals and businesses in disputes concerning matters related to employment, business torts, trade secrets, buy-sell agreements, non-compete agreements, licensing agreements, securities, trusts, and insurance. He has significant experience serving clients engaged in the technology, entertainment, real estate, health care, and financial services industries.

Michael earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.

Michael is an avid runner and enjoys traveling to compete in running events throughout the country and spending time with family.
