Mid-Level Business, Construction, and Real Estate Transactional Attorney

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level business, construction, and real estate attorney to join our thriving Business Transactions practice group. The ideal candidate should have 2–7 years of experience in business and real estate transactions, especially in drafting and negotiating corporate governance documents, transaction documents, employment agreements, leases, licensing contracts, and construction and real estate agreements. Applicants must possess superior written and oral communication skills, demonstrated leadership, a strong academic pedigree, and commitment to exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of commercial litigation experience (including significant motion and trial experience).
