Galbut Beabeau is pleased to announce our newest addition to the firm, Cheyenne A. McLain.

Cheyenne’s practice focuses on intellectual property and business litigation matters. She assists individual and corporate clients with all aspects of protecting their trademark and copyright portfolios, including counseling, brand management, clearance searches, prosecuting and maintaining domestic and global registrations, licensing, enforcement strategies against third parties, and infringement litigation. Cheyenne also regularly supports clients in commercial litigation disputes concerning contract, partnership, securities fraud, and construction matters.

Cheyenne earned her law degree with an emphasis in Intellectual Property and Business Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Arizona.
