Michael has successfully litigated and resolved disputes concerning a wide array of issues related to employment, business torts, trade secrets, buy-sell agreements, non-compete agreements, licensing agreements, securities, trusts, and insurance. Michael has significant experience serving clients engaged in the technology, entertainment, real estate, health care, and financial services industries.

Michael received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and his B.S. from the University of Arizona.
